1. Provider
These terms govern consultations booked through support.louis-innovations.com with Louis Innovations W.L.L., Commercial Registration No. 173808, P.O. Box 82409, Doha, Qatar, telephone +974 6009 7383, email info@louis-innovations.com ("we", "us"). The commercial activity is supervised by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the State of Qatar.
2. The service
A single consultation of 60 minutes on website development, mobile applications, artificial intelligence integration, ERP systems, social media management or a related technology subject. The consultation is held by video call, telephone call or in person at our Doha office, as selected at booking. It is advisory in nature and does not include delivery of software or other work, which is subject to a separate written agreement.
3. Price and payment
The price is QAR 200.00 per consultation. This is the total amount payable; no value added tax applies. Payment is made in full at booking by card through SADAD Payment Solutions. A booking is confirmed only when payment is received, and we then send a confirmation email with your booking reference and receipt.
4. How the contract is formed
- You sign in with your mobile number using a one-time code.
- You choose a time, a format and a topic, and enter your name and email.
- You review the summary, correct any detail, and accept these terms and the Privacy Notice.
- You pay on the SADAD secure page. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed.
The selected time is reserved for you from the start of payment until the payment is confirmed or fails. Your booking record, including the version of these terms you accepted, is kept by us and is available to you under My bookings and on request.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling by you
You may cancel a confirmed consultation for a full refund, or reschedule it once to another available time, at any time up to 24 hours before its scheduled start, through My bookings. Within 24 hours of the scheduled start the fee is not refundable and the booking cannot be changed, and a consultation you do not attend is treated as delivered.
By accepting these terms you agree that this policy replaces the three-day right to rescind provided by Article 57 of Decree-Law No. 16 of 2010 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions.
6. Cancellation or non-delivery by us
If we cancel, fail to attend, or are unable to deliver the consultation as described, you are entitled at your choice to a full refund or to a replacement session at no charge. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection.
7. Refunds
Refunds are made in full to the card used for payment, through SADAD, and are normally initiated within 2 working days of the cancellation. The time for the amount to appear depends on your card issuer.
8. Attendance
Please join on time. Video links open 15 minutes before the start. If you are late, the session ends at the scheduled time. If we are late, the full 60 minutes is provided or the shortfall is rescheduled.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Notice.
10. Complaints, law and jurisdiction
Questions and complaints may be sent to info@louis-innovations.com or made by telephone on +974 6009 7383. We respond within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction. The Arabic text prevails in case of any inconsistency.
