1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Your mobile number, name and email address; the time, format, topic and notes of your booking; payment status and the SADAD transaction reference (we never receive your card details); the IP address and browser used at sign-in and booking; and, for video consultations, the technical connection data needed to run the call. Calls are not recorded.
3. Why we use it
To verify your number, take and manage your booking, process payment and refunds, contact you about the consultation, deliver it, keep business and tax records, and protect the service against fraud and abuse. These uses are necessary to perform the contract you enter into and to meet our legal obligations. We send marketing messages only if you tick the separate marketing box, and every such message lets you opt out.
4. Who processes it for us
Google Firebase (Google LLC) verifies your mobile number by SMS and processes it outside Qatar; SADAD Payment Solutions processes your payment; our own mail server in the European Union sends booking emails; and our servers host the booking records. We do not sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for 10 years to meet commercial record-keeping obligations. Sign-in and security logs are kept for 12 months. Video call signalling data is deleted within 24 hours of the call.
6. Your rights
You may withdraw consent to marketing at any time, object to processing, and request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to records we must keep by law. Send requests to info@louis-innovations.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the National Cyber Security Agency, Compliance and Data Protection Department.
7. Security and breaches
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted to authorised staff. If a breach is likely to harm you, we will notify you and the competent authority without undue delay.
